The new 50 Storey AYKON Nine Elms apartment block to feature interiors by Versace Home, bringing Italian sophistication into the heart of London.
The new apartment block is situated in London with a 50-storey, 360 unit project with interior designs by Versace. The lobby, amenities and interiors for each property will be expertly designed and fitted out by Versace Home.
The recreational areas of the residences include a state of the art gymnasium, indoor swimming pool and spa, an owner’s lounge, children’s play area, roof garden and cinema, all tastefully designed by Versace Home.
The building was conceptualised and built by DICO UK Property Holdings Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of DAMAC International Limited.
AYKON Nine Elms is located at the heart of the UK capital’s Nine Elms regeneration area adjacent to Battersea, overlooking the River Thames. The full tower is due for completion in 2020. The luxury tower will be the first private residence project of scale in London to be fully designed and conceptualized by a luxury fashion house, with Versace involved in all aspects of interior design.
The luxury apartment project consists of a collection of premium penthouses, three, two, one bedroom apartments and Manhattan Studio units with City and River views along the Thames to the Palace of Westminster and the London Eye.
Gian Giacomo Ferraris, CEO of Versace, feels that luxury property was the way forward for the fashion house.
