As we took our two young children, we found that the experience was enhanced by the superior service, with the staff making every effort to ensure that our children enjoyed the best possible experience.
The apartments make enjoying a break with children effortless, with a state of the art cinema projector and wall mounted speakers turning our living area into a mini cinema for the kids whilst we reclined in the comfortable chairs and enjoyed the stunning view of Bristol city centre.
The bespoke kitchenette, which was equipped with a convection hob and microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher, as well as the added luxury of an espresso coffee machine ensured that we were able to provide the constant stream of snacks and light meals children constantly require, as well as dine on an indulgent repast at the practical dining table whilst the kids were distracted.
On the first evening we were treated to a delicious meal at The Square Kitchen, a modern, stylish restaurant which boasted contemporary furnishings and an innovative, exciting and diverse menu which pleased both adults and children alike.
Afterwards we returned to our stunning suite and enjoyed a refreshing night’s sleep in our sumptuous Vi-spring bed, which was dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets for added comfort. Every aspect of the suites are designed specifically to promote comfort and ease, from the video painting provided by the renowned Open Gallery, which kept the little ones busy to the bathroom, which boasted a glorious monsoon shower and luxury Elemis toiletries to enjoy in it.
The suites also offer complimentary high speed WIFI, a 42” smart television and Roberts Radio for added entertainment, with room service and laundry services available on request, meaning that guests truly want for nothing. Guests can even request a food hamper, which contains a selection of locally sourced, handmade produce which Head Chef Kyle Jordaan personally selects.
Alongside the copious amenities and comfortable surroundings, the Berkeley Suites occupy an enviable city centre location which enhances the convenience, making it easy to explore Bristol and all of its delightful attractions.
To keep the kids entertained, the At-Bristol Science Centre and Bristol Aquarium are both within easy reach, with the city’s Zoo not far off. For those looking for a little more culture, the City Museum and Art Gallery, SS Great Britain and M Shed Museum are all nearby. There are also a selection of shopping centres including the famous Cabot Circus and Cribbs Causeway. For anyone looking to utilise the suites for a business trip, the central location is ideal, with many major business parks situated nearby, enabling guests to conduct their business and then return to the luxury and privacy of their own suite.
