Opting for a tasting menu is definitely worthwhile, each course is like a miniature work of art. The plating is exquisite and the flavour combinations, whilst sometimes unusual, are always delicious. The focus is absolutely on the freshness and quality of ingredients – it takes a talented chef to create such beautiful combinations whilst retaining this level of balance.
