Cap Maison, Saint Lucia’s acclaimed luxury boutique hotel and member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux collection, is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of its Guest Chef Series in 2026. This celebrated program brings some of the world’s most talented chefs to the island for unforgettable epicurean experiences overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

The exclusive culinary events will take place in March and May and will feature two celebrated Relais & Châteaux executive chefs, Courtney Van Dyke and Sarah Steffan.

In March 2026, Cap Maison will welcome Courtney Van Dyke, Executive Chef of the renowned Planters Inn, Charleston. Known for her artful blend of Lowcountry tradition and modern flair, Chef Van Dyke will present a multi-day celebration of Southern-inspired fine dining, pairing seasonal Caribbean ingredients with her signature culinary style.

In May 2026, the series continues with Chef Sarah Steffan who cooks with an appreciation for elevated cuisine honed by years of serving as an executive chef at BlackBerry Farm. Her menus are influenced by fresh seasonal ingredients. Growing up surrounded by gardens, she developed an early respect for ingredients and the stories they carry, an influence that continues to guide her cooking today. Her refined world-class technique will bring a new dimension to Cap Maison’s vibrant dining scene. Menu highlights include Seared Scallop with fermented habanada pepper, coconut & fig leaf sauce and Beef ribeye cap, onion-potato sauce, shaved foie gras, roasted chipolini onions & truffle jus.

Both events will feature exclusive tasting menus, interactive cooking demonstrations, wine pairings, and intimate chef’s table experiences. Guests will have the rare opportunity to connect directly with these acclaimed culinary leaders while enjoying the island’s stunning setting.

The Cliff at Cap’ with its French Caribbean fusion cuisine, and Executive Chef Craig Jones at the realm, is currently leading the fine dining scene in Saint Lucia, where a table in the restaurant is considered one of the most highly sought after on the island.

Cap Maison’s Guest Chef Series is open to both resort guests and a limited number of non-resident diners. Reservations will be required for all special events.
