The program methodology consists of four phases, beginning with acceptance into the program based on a defined set of luxury residential criteria. This is followed by the verification of Residential Service Standards, integrated into the building’s existing service culture. Management teams take part in comprehensive training, followed by both a self-attestation and a Luxury Residence Quality Assessment conducted by an expert evaluator.
