InterContinental London – The O2 Launches Exclusive Champagne Pairing With Laurent-Perrier
InterContinental London – The O2’s celebrated fine dining establishment is presenting a new set menu where meticulously designed signature dishes are paired with Laurent-Perrier champagnes. The Michelin-Guide and 3 AA Rosette winning Peninsula Restaurant is collaborating with the French champagne house this October with an exclusive seven-course menu featuring five distinct Laurent-Perrier champagnes. The menu features signature courses from the restaurant’s Head Chef, Aurelie Simon, along with Laurent-Perrier’s classic labels and the newly available Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature.
Head Chef, Aurelie Simon, commented: “We are very proud to be partnering with Laurent-Perrier to present this exquisite menu. Great level of care and consideration has gone into every taste bestowed in each dish, so I am confident that the experience will achieve what InterContinental London – The O2 is about – creating a memorable moment.”

The exclusive menu showcases some of Britain’s best seasonal produce, including hake fillet served with kumquat, deep fried capers and Laurent-Perrier Vintage 2008; Venison fillet served with potato truffle terrine, pickled walnut, blueberry and Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé; And for dessert, pear mousse with roasted macadamia nuts, caramel and Laurent-Perrier Harmony.
