The back of house headed is up by Russell, Head Chef whilst operations are handled by Clare the events director. Clare is responsible for all aspects of the client liaison, the front of house and logistics such getting the team, the equipment and food, to and from client’s homes or venues, styling and realizing their dream. Clare’s creative mind adds that extra flourish to create a memorable event that will have people talking about the event for years to come.
