After graduating school, Sevan moved to Istanbul and worked there as an apprentice learning to set diamonds. By trade, he later became a diamond-setter. At twenty years old, Sevan then moved to Canada, and started a job working with some of the most experienced and skilled jewellers setting diamonds in rings. The client is involved at every stage of the process, and can be present at any stage if requested.
