Whesco has and always will listen to its customers’ needs, always creating new products and keeping up with trends within the industry. The company always strives to provide the best solution for its customers and respond to their queries as quickly as possible. Whesco has had some of the same customers for many years, which means a lot to the company and of course to the customers that are dealing with it. A series of accolades have been awarded to Whesco over the years, with it being named Best Distributor of Animal Items in the EU in 2015 and 2018, and winning a further two awards this year for Best Distributor of Animal Items in Europe, and Leading Distributor in Denmark. This is in addition to achieving the title of Pet Products Distributor and Wholesaler of the Year – Europe for year 2020 and 2021. It is a distributor which doesn’t sell directly to individuals. In the beginning, when the company was searching for retailers to support and promote the Whesco brand, those businesses did the work of making the company well-known, and as a result, Whesco doesn’t believe it’s right to sell these products for itself. Instead, it supports these businesses in the best way it can each and every day, so they also achieve success. This mission has in turn helped Whesco to grow and strengthen its own business. The demand really comes down to the price of each item. Meanwhile, the pandemic has triggered a trend in itself, with individuals choosing to buy pets because they are spending more time at home; therefore, Whesco has been fortunate to see an increase in sales due to there being more pet owners who are buying pet products. Although, Whesco’s customers who are kennels have seen a decrease in business due to individuals not being able to travel and therefore not requiring their services or purchasing products from them. Indeed, Whesco is a highly successful distributor of pet items and as it looks towards the future, it is ambitiously focusing on expansions to more countries in line with the great demand it is seeing for its products, and of course, it is always launching exciting new products!
