The hotel is 100% non-smoking and is Green Sliver Certified from Trip Advisor. One final point is that we were the first borough hotel to promote tourism for Brooklyn, internationally. A Hidden Gem in Bustling Brooklyn The Wyndham Garden Brooklyn Sunset Park is a 70-room modern hotel that provides the guests with a chic atmosphere that compliments its New York roots. Each room is equipped with all the amenities any traveller could ask for and some boast views of the New York skyline. Additionally, each floor of the hotel is designed around a seasonal theme (Winter, Spring, Summer & Autumn), with full height wall murals throughout the building, and in each guest room. The amenities include a full-service hotel, restaurant serving breakfast, dinner and room service, along with a bar. Complimentary access to a business centre for work, printing, and online access. An off-site gym, complimentary Wi-Fi and a turndown service are available on request. In terms of awards received, they include the Best of the Best Wyndham Garden award amongst all Wyndham Garden Hotels, winner of International Housekeeping Week 2016 and voted as the Best Brooklyn Business Hotel in 2017. Our general manager also recently received a citation from the Brooklyn Borough President, for the hotel’s contributions to promoting tourism in Brooklyn as a first destination and helping the local community. For the local community, we hired about 49% of our staff. We also support our local parks by sending our guests to the Recreation Center at Sunset Park.
