109 The Daniel Galvin salons offer their clients world class colour services and beautiful, bespoke hairdressing. Following on from their success in LUXlife ’s Health, Beauty & Wellness Awards, the salon’s Founder, Daniel Galvin takes time out of his busy schedule to provide us with a detailed insight into his company. In 1997 I opened my very first salon. Now, we have three salons across London (Marylebone, Kensington & Selfridges) and a salon in the Corinthia Hotel. We offer colouring, styling and beauty services, and this enables us to attract a variety of clients. Our clientele is not just affluent women but has diversified into male customers and younger clients, particularly now we have some really fantastic colourists who are all capable of producing more more fashionable looks. In addition to offering traditional hair colouring and styling services, we also have the Hair & Scalp Clinic and Bespoke Wig Service. The Hair & Scalp Clinic in our George Street salon not only offers clients expert advice regarding their hair and scalp conditions, but also results-driven solutions whether it be through an in-salon treatment or a referral to an industry professional. The Bespoke Wig Service is offered in our Selfridges salon and provides help and support to those experiencing medical hair loss. The service specialises in offering ready-to-wear, human hair and synthetic wigs, all of the highest professional quality and chosen to reflect the uniqueness of each case. It is headed up by Gary Price who has over thirty years of experience within the hairdressing and HBW18048 hair replacement industries and who is also a qualified Psychotherapist and Bereavement Counsellor, ensuring his service is specialised, knowledgeable and empathetic, allowing Gary to guide clients through the emotional journey of hair loss. As for our success in LUXlife ’s Health, Beauty & Wellness Awards, we are thrilled to have won Most Prestigious Luxury Salons London and I want to thank those that nominated us. I think our ethos is at the heart of our success. Looking ahead to what the future holds, with there being more consumers in the beauty industry looking for natural products, we are working closely with brands like L’Oréal Professionnel who are introducing ranges like Botanea (100% herbal colourants), so that we can ultimately offer our clients more choice.
