When building and equipping the restaurant, a lot of attention was also put on many spatially functional variables which would affect the efficiency of the kitchen, and the equipping was finished by using the apparatus and equipment of top-quality manufacturers. Our staff is a team of notable experts from different areas of gastronomy world. Food portfolios, desserts and selected beverages in combination with a pleasant atmosphere and service has always attracted a wide range of customers, and these are very important to the team. The 1400 m2 facility is built by carefully chosen and collected building materials, all the way from Russia, Macedonia, and central Italy, in a Mediterranean style based on old Austro- Hungarian and Italian villas in Istria, with Byzantine architecture details. All of the deluxe suites of the villa are designed in a different, individual and original ambiance and style, but in a way that everything blends into a perfectly harmonious unity of structure, form, colours and elegance. Internally, the villas are adorned with a large collection of paintings, chosen from auctions over a period of 30 years from many high-profile items, whilst the sculptures of Sime Vidulin stand out among the verdure of the garden and olive trees. In addition to the wine boutique, there is also an extremely extensive wine list with wines and champagnes from all over the world, including: Pilato Teran, Grgié Plavac Mali, Medvid, Coronica Gran Malvazija, Ledeno Vino Kutjevo, Stagnum, Milos, Berry Selection, Movia Veliko Rde & Barrique, Antinori Magnum, Gaja Barolo, Oreno Magnum, Chateau Beychevelle, Chateau Palmer, Dom Perignon Rose 98, Krug 88, Salon 95, and many more. Along with the wines, champagnes and spirits, high-quality extra virgin olive oils can also be tasted in the wine boutique: Meloto, Ex Albis Chiavalon, Buia, Salvela Premium, l$a, Lesina, Torkul, Brachia, and Olynthia, to name a few. Therefore, it is no wonder that the villa attracts the attention of the jet set and of the leading French, Italian, Russian clientele. Amongst the venue, both the owner and the staff are extremely proud of the unique and luxurious buildings that make up the location.
