LUX Autumn 2018
46 1806LU14 Rejuvenetics is a bespoke vintage boutique style salon set in a Grade 2 listed Tudor building; think of the “Liberty” version of a beauty salon. We gained an insight into the success of the company from Lorraine Tolley, as she explains what differentiates Rejuvenetics from its competitors. Based in Stafford, Rejuvenetics has been selected by LUX as the Most Outstanding Luxury Skin Clinic & Beauty Salon within Staffordshire in our 2018 Leaders in Luxury. Lorraine gives us a summary of the treatments that her expert team offers, before talking about the company’s very own skincare range. “Here at Rejuvenetics, we provide the latest luxury beauty, aesthetic and wellbeing treatments in a non-intimidating relaxing environment. We have very discerning and loyal customers of mixed gender and ages who value our professional and friendly service. Our treatments are very bespoke and customised to the individual clients’ needs. We have our own range of cosmeceutical skincare, designed and produced after many years of observing what our client’s requirements are. “The range is called VS-AGE “Very Intelligent Skincare vs Age” and contains high quality active ingredients such as Retinol, AHAs, Collagen, Vitamin E. natural oils and sun protection factors of 50 and 20. All ingredients are aimed at reducing signs of ageing and protecting the skin to prevent premature ageing. The range has been created with the advice of Harley Street skin specialists and are parabens and cruelty free.” Leading by example, Lorraine makes sure she is very hands-on in her work and is determined to be involved in the business as both a therapist and a leader. Allowing staff to fully maximise their potential, Lorraine tells us how she has cultivated a working environment which sees the team striving to deliver excellent results on a consistent basis, as they continue to exceed expectations. “Setting an example, I try to motivate my staff by discussing business ideas with them. I also encourage my staff to share any ideas they may have to progress treatments and improve the client journey. I want my staff to feel that they are a real part of the success of the salon, I give positive feedback both from my observations of their performance and any comments given to me by clients. I like my staff to know they are valued as they are a great team. We have regular meetings and refresher training and to me and the team, continuing professional development is important.” Whilst providing us with an overview of the industry at present, Lorraine remarks on what developments she and the team are having to look out for. She also comments on how her business is well placed to deal with these, as she had the ability to predict these developments long before. “Currently, the industry is moving more towards customised progressive beauty and non-invasive aesthetic treatments rather than invasive instant fixes. I predicted this happening about 3 years ago when I decided to develop our own range of specialist products and invested in effective equipment that provides pain free skin rejuvenation treatments that successfully reduce and reverse signs of ageing skin. Our clients love the treatments and the results.” In this increasingly technology dominated generation, Rejuvenetics has seen a lot of opportunities present themselves which have meant that it has been able to further its treatments. Lorraine mentions how her firm has been able to capitalise these developments to progress her company. “With technology developing on a daily basis, I am constantly researching the latest technology in the beauty/aesthetic industry and I am pleased to say we are still ahead and up to speed with the technology we use in our treatments. We do not however, use a computerised booking system as we want to keep the integrity of our vintage style, we also pride ourselves on the way in which we build the rapport with our very loyal clients by not constantly bombarding them with social media offers etc. We respect our client’s intelligence and keep them individually informed of any developments that we feel they will personally benefit from. Our client’s professional treatment starts as soon as they walk into our reception. In her concluding comments, Lorraine predicts what the future holds for Rejuvenetics, hinting at expansion and growth for her company’s products, as well as outlining some of her treatments which are already in the pipeline. “Looking ahead, I would like our products to be recognised more throughout the UK and beyond. We are such a niche and bespoke salon we are hidden by the large global beauty companies. I am currently working on a new combination of anti-ageing treatments and products so watch this space.” Contact: Lorraine Tolley Address: 10 Church Lane, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST16 2AW, UK Phone: +(44)1785 253094 Website: www.rejuvenetics.co.uk Rejuvenating the Industry and its Clients
