Co-founded and run by David Votta and Paul Gardner in 2018, they both have over a decade of experience within the sales and lettings industry and an infectious passion for providing an outstanding experience to each and every client. Prior to Votta Sales & Lettings, David Votta worked for two of the biggest lettings businesses in the South East of England and in doing so, won several awards in areas ranging from customer service to top lettings office. David leapfrogged his colleagues and quickly became the “go-to guy” for all things lettings, having become a well-known figure not only in the local area, but within the industry. When he set up Votta Sales & Lettings, he wanted to take away all that didn’t work within the large corporations and utilise his specific skillset to benefit not only his landlords, but also to ensure that tenants are being well looked after, which ultimately ensures a smooth-running tenancy and that his landlords are always covered by the law. He said, “I want to create a level playing field for all landlords and agents so that housing standards are maintained and in doing so I’d happily wave goodbye to those that flout the law.” Alongside David is Paul Gardner who began his career within the sales and lettings industry in 2007 as a volunteer to a local independent agency. He then went on to work for other companies, winning awards including Top Office and Top Negotiator, and being nominated in the Daily Mail’s Best Negotiator Award of 2013. Throughout his career, Paul has worked through the ups and downs of the ever-changing sales market and adapted to give honest advice from the outset. He said, “The reason I went into business with David is not just because we have known each other throughout our careers, but we both believe that the way estate and letting agents are perceived and the way they give advice needs to change.” He continued, “We both have the same values which is the customer should be given honest advice from the start as moving is one of the most stressful things we will ever do and an agent giving wrong advice only adds to this.” The continuing proof that honest advice is the way to go, comes with over 125 five star google reviews in under two years and continuing to grow.
