He provides us with a fascinating insight into his work and some of his illustrious clientele. “Through my role as Master of Ceremonies, I host a lot of award ceremonies, black tie gala dinners, sportsmen’s dinners, conferences and fundraisers across the UK and worldwide. Clients vary, and include Sky Sports, for whom I hosted the Masters Football Tournaments in all the UK’s major arenas, and fronted their tournaments in China, Malaysia, Dubai and Brunei. Additionally, I have also presented the North Cyprus Property Awards (in North Cyprus, surprisingly) a couple of times and hosted the American Heart Association’s black-tie fundraising balls on a number of occasions, in Champaign Illinois. Another key event I have hosted is the Manchester United Disabled Supporters’ Association dinners every year since 2002, doing Q&As with the likes of Ryan Giggs, Sir Alex Ferguson, Sir Bobby Charlton and Gary Neville, amongst (many) others. “Alongside hosting vast events for household names, I also enjoy the smaller events, such as sportsmen’s dinners with many of sport’s biggest names, Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham, Sir Geoff Hurst, Frank Bruno, Sir Ian Botham, and many others, working in virtually every Premier League club and County Cricket ground in the UK, and many of the NFL teams’ grounds in the USA too.” Mark Jones is an award- winning, experienced and entertaining Master of Ceremonies who hosts countless awards, sportsmen’s dinners, galas, conferences, charity fundraisers and more.
