On a whim, the pair suggested to the cheese producer, Cowgirl Creamery, that their cheeses deserved artisan crackers. The company instantly agreed, placing an order for 50 cases, and Rustic Bakery was born. The focus is always on simplicity, purity of flavour and allowing the ingredients to shine in their own right.
