In both conventional and alternative medicine, she believes research is essential in order to bring the full picture to light. Every year, Fai publishes new research to add to the field, and gives speeches at international academic conferences to share her expertise with the world. Throughout her career, Fai has researched the effectiveness of aromatherapy in addressing a range of conditions. Grounded by pharmacology, her specialties lie in the healing of psychiatric and neurological issues, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, pneumonia, apnoea, and severe insomnia.
