Her fascination with skincare and cosmetics began at an early age thanks to her grandmother’s regard for personal grooming. Her business attitude and focused determination is due, in large part, to the lessons learned from her grandfather and stepfather. These formulative impressions led to her career with Sav-On® Drugs Corporation where she quickly rose through the ranks. After Sav-On Drugs Corporation, Rogers-Kante tried her hand at, and became a top consultant for another direct sales cosmetics company. Although her time at that company was enjoyable, she sought even more for her career plans. She went on to create a business strategy based on two simple ideas: offering products to women that really work and offering a career that really works by selling those products.
