Diane outlines how she works to ensure that clients receive the therapy and support they need when they visit her. “Personally, I am dedicated to improving and maintaining the most important aspects of life: health in mind, body and soul. Over the years, I have studied many aspects of complementary therapies and attended advanced courses in both aromatherapy and reflexology to give the best service I can. I have good knowledge in many subjects and am now seeing success in the work I do. Today, I am a fully qualified practitioner and have been practicing for over 18 years both privately and for the NHS. I have continued to further my knowledge through various professional, certified organisations. I now specialise in infertility and women’s health problems, with aromatherapy products and reflexology. From a purpose-built treatment room that offers complete privacy, I ensure that enough time is allowed so that clients never feel rushed and thoroughly enjoy every part of their visit from start to finish. I offer an ongoing aftercare service so that I can be contacted if a client is unsure about any part of the treatment that they have received. I believe in going the extra mile to offer the best service I can by offering a free ten minute session of Reiki at the end of a treatment.
