The team at the salon is continuously engaging with suppliers to ensure that it has the latest products and equipment in order to continue to deliver quality product and services to its loyal clientele. Within the wider health, beauty and wellness sector, Claire and the team have experienced certain trends developing of late which they have sought to embrace at the salon, including spa-like treatments which are designed to address certain hair issues such as thinning hair, as well as scalp and skin repair. This has transpired from clients coming into the salon with noticeably poor hair and scalp conditions and, as professionals, Claire and the team have sought to remedy these issues, meanwhile carving out a new niche in the market for themselves. “We believe this is an untapped portion of the market as there are very few salons that have committed to this offering on a formal and professional basis, starting off with a dedicated treatment station within the salon.” Over the last 12 months, 110 on Ayr has also adapted to and adhered to required Covid-19 protocols, ensuring customer and staff safety are its top priority. Moreover, the close-knit staff base has not allowed these restrictions to hamper their spirits as it is well aware that there is a bigger, longer road to travel. “I think bringing stability back to the market is our first priority for 2021 as we have been going through unprecedented times,” says Claire, speaking of the future and the salon’s plans, which most definitely include further growth and expansion. “We are well positioned to grow and possibly franchise moving forward as we seem to have identified a winning formula and we definitely are getting awesome customer support as we travel along our journey.” Contact: Claire Walker Company: 110 on Ayr Web Address: https://110onayr.co.uk
