We spoke with Claire Jones, Marketing Executive for the firm, to find out more about their undoubtable expertise and experience. Few caterers have made quite the impression that Wild Garlic has in just a few short years of operation. This service, in Claire’s words, remains crucial to the firm’s enduring - and ever-burgeoning- success. “We’re now entering our fifth year of trading, and we’ve built up a reputation as the caterer of choice for exclusive wedding venues, corporate clients and private dining across Cheshire, the North West and North Wales." “Our services are key to Wild Garlic’s success: beginning with a no- obligation consultation to understand a client’s wishes for the ideal menu and dietary requirements for their perfect event. Paul and his team of creative chefs then collate a menu from a range of dishes we have developed, taking into consideration your requests, seasonality and the very best ingredients and flavours. We also have the option for a completely unique menu created especially for a client’s event.” Weddings, in line with many industries over the last ten years, have leaned away from traditionalism and have embraced customisation. They are more personal events, defined by the couple at the centre of the event. The cake, once incredibly uniform, has become almost experimental as couples opt for more personality, without sacrificing the elegance of the centrepiece. Similarly, catering companies have become more fluid, chameleonic. It would also be fair to say that this isn’t solely confined to weddings, but the events industry as a whole. “The events industry is growing rapidly with more corporate companies outsourcing their catering requirements and more couples opting for the ‘DIY’ wedding experience. Every event is different, and we pride ourselves as offering a complete bespoke and personal experience to all our clients.
