4 | LUXlife Magazine Best Home Staging Business 2025 – Hampshire A property staging company based in Southampton, LetsGetDressed offers interior design and home staging all in one. With a service portfolio covering everything from bespoke furniture packs and a curated retail shop to personalised design services, the business collaborates closely with homeowners, landlords, and property developers alike – empowering them to create enticing spaces to encourage buyers and tenants. To find out more, we caught up with Poppy Moores, LetsGetDressed’s visionary founder. Because empty properties are losing money – and because staged properties often make more than their non-staged counterparts – LetsGetDressed furnishes and then exquisitely presents a property, giving it a new life. Whether it works with a homeowner staging to sell, a landlord furnishing a property prior to putting it up for rent, or a client seeking an endto-end interior design service to transform their space, LetsGetDressed is tireless in its efforts to ensure that picture-perfect environments are created in almost no time at all. From its shop/design studio in Southampton, clients are able to draw inspiration from a handpicked selection of both new and upcycled furniture pieces, as well as soft furnishings and a choice range of bold and unique artworks. The in-house design studio then takes things a step further, with clients in search of something truly bespoke for their spaces able to leverage the decades of combined expertise shared by Poppy and her team to source something special for their staging – with the promise that nothing is too much for these masters. Commenting on the endless benefits of having this design studio to boot, Poppy explained: “Having a physical space that clients can visit has truly elevated the experience for both us and them. Being able to touch materials, visualise spaces, and work one on one with the design team inspires confidence and helps us to deepen our understanding of their needs before the project begins.” From here, it is simply a matter of bringing visions to life. Once inspiration sparks, Poppy and her team are really able to sink their teeth into a project, with the values of flexibility, sustainability, and creativity shining through immediately. The goal may be simple and the turnaround tight but LetsGetDressed always finds the space and the time to add a little flair, injecting passion into a space and maximising its commitment to affording all of its clients the personalised service their project deserves. Of course, the comprehensive approach means that Poppy and co. have to navigate the unique challenges inherent across every project, something they achieve by drawing on the collective experiences they share. For example, one recent job was carried out a Grade II listed property with limited access, meaning the team had to use a crane to take the furniture in through the window. Although this required careful planning and a keen eye, it was just the beginning of what was a challenging and yet highly rewarding undertaking for the team. “We were incredibly proud of this project, choosing textures and tones that gave respect to the period architecture while unleashing the property’s potential. It attracted serious buyers very quickly, so all the high-pressure logistics reaped a high reward in the end.” This project – like every other executed by LetsGetDressed – benefits from the team’s hands-on approach, which sees them get into the property as fast as possible so that they can begin to understand the nuances of a space. From here, they conduct detailed market research to figure out who the tenant or the buyer will be, before creating moodboards and other such materials to aid them across the project. Collaboration is the key component in this process, and whether a client wants to be integral in the selections or leave things entirely to the team, fast and effective communication ensures a finished project befitting of the business’ leading reputation. “In such a competitive industry, we’ve struck a rare balance”, Poppy said. “We work flexibly and swiftly but personally. Much of this is due to the decision we made to keep everything under one roof.” Home staging is anything but a one-size-fits-all industry, and everything must come together seamlessly if greatness is to be achieved. With the property market constantly shifting around it, LetsGetDressed remains dedicated to building its reputation throughout Hampshire and beyond, something it plans to realise by networking, doubling down on sustainability, and seeing that clients get exactly what their properties need. Named as the Best Home Staging Business 2025 – Hampshire, this award is a testament to the relentless quality of both LetsGetDressed and the brilliant Poppy Moores. Home and Garden Awards 2025 | 5 Taking immense pride in its ability to offer the finest, most luxurious bed linens, down comforters, and other such products on the market, Vero Linens has set the standard in quality and comfort for almost three decades. Founded by Steve Coval, who makes it his personal mission to see that all customers are afforded the best sleep and shopping experiences, the company is continuing to go from strength to strength whilst redefining sleep for millions. We caught up with Steve for more on how Vero Linens is changing the game. Moreover, the region in which these linens are produced, which is situated at the base of the Italian Alps, has been an esteemed textile producer dating back to the Middle Ages. Such exquisite craftsmanship paves the way for a range of bedding unmatched in this space. “We cut no corners with the quality of our products”, Steve told us. “We select nothing but the finest grades of cotton in the production of our bedding.” Specifically, this includes long staple and extra-long staple cottons, with the length of the fibres directly correlating with the quality, strength, and softness of the sheets. This foundation paves the way for quality touches such as hemstitching, mitered corners, and seamless embroidery, all of which line these extra-deep-pocked fitted sheets. As well as the luxury Italian linen comprising everything from its Alaskan King bedding to its Texas King bedding, Vero Linens’ unwavering commitment to quality is further on display through its down products. Manufactured in the US and certified to IDFL standards, meaning the company does not partake in either live-plucking or force-feeding, these comforters and pillows are also all hypoallergenic. On the back of the unmatched quality of these items, from its luxury Italian bed linens to its baffle box down comforters and everything in between, 2025 is set to be a banner year for this, the Midwest’s leading luxury bedding company. Having already received hundreds of glowing, five-star reviews right across its line of products, Vero Linens is planning to double down on its dedication to setting the standard for luxury sleep. Recognised here as both the Best Luxury Italian Bedding Company 2025 – Midwest USA as well as with a coveted LUXlife Client Satisfaction Excellence Award 2025 on the back of the acclaim it continues to garner – this as a result of its straightforward, cost-saving business model and the product excellence it demonstrates at every turn – it is our pleasure to celebrate Vero Linens as the best in its class. Contact: Steve Coval Company: Vero Linens Web Address: https://www.verolinens.com/ elivering its signature products directly to consumers and luxury hotels right across North America, Vero Linens offers only the finest bedding solutions through a unique, direct-to-consumer model that sees the company make its own products before selling them exclusively online. Steve explained to us: “With this business model, we have usurped the typical retail distribution chain, eliminating a retail mark-up. This approach saves the consumer as much as 60% over like-quality bed linens.” Aside from sending its luxury Italian bed linens directly to the consumers at a reduced cost, something Vero Linens has been doing for approximately 12 years, the company is further distinguished as a result of its focus on a specific niche within the bedding market. “Oversized bedding” has become increasingly popular over the last five years or so, today having evolved into a range of four widely recognised sizes: the Texas King, the Wyoming King, the Vermont King, and the Alaskan King. When Vero Linens first entered into this market, a few mattress brands were producing these sizes, but nobody was producing high-quality bed linens for this range, which goes all the way up to 108” x 108”. Since the market was wide open, the company pivoted its focus – and has never looked back. These bigger beds are now more popular than ever, as many individuals – including professional athletes – find that the standard US king mattress is simply not right for them and their sleep needs. “We provide the finest bed sheets, down comforters, duvet covers, and mattress pads to those with these large beds.” Raising the bar when it comes to its luxury, Vero Linens’ bedsheets are all woven and sewn by hand in Italy, with the team of artisans responsible for this boasting more than 150 years of combined expertise and a D Vero Linens

Home and Garden Awards 2025 | 7 Best Architectural Design Studio 2025 – Pacific Northwest USA The Pacific Northwest is a popular location best known for its coastlines, verdant rainforests, and snow-capped mountains. This remarkable region serves as the perfect backdrop for an array of innovative architecture striving to encapsulate its stunning scenery in memorable designs. Based in Seattle, Hoedemaker Pfeiffer is a leading architecture and interiors firm striving to reflect the human experience in its designs through the interweaving of architectures, interiors, and landscapes. We heard more from Steve Hoedemaker, Owner and Partner of the firm, below. Founded in 1969, Hoedemaker Pfeiffer is a multidisciplinary architecture and interiors studio renowned for creating modern yet timeless experiences. Designing homes that speak to a sense of place and personal history, the firm has a strong foundation in residential design often evidenced in its work with second homes, retreats, and private getaways. Alongside this, Hoedemaker Pfeiffer also takes on select commercial and lifestyle projects, always ensuring that the client’s vision is aligned with the firm’s architectural philosophy and values. Hoedemaker Pfeiffer stands apart for its belief that the most enduring architecture is grounded in narrative. To ensure optimal results, the firm listens carefully, designs deliberately, and always aims to create places that directly reflect the people who live in them and the landscapes they belong to. This approach has enabled Hoedemaker Pfeiffer to establish a loyal base of discerning clientele who appreciate natural materials, honest craftsmanship, and the kind of quiet beauty that reveals itself over time. “Our strength lies in restraint,” stated Steve. “In an era where speed and spectacle dominate much of the industry, we focus on creating work that is thoughtful, timeless, and quietly expressive. We’re not trend-driven – we’re story-driven. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to shape every aspect of a project, from architecture to interior, and even to the surrounding landscape, so the result feels deeply personal. For our clients, we’re not just delivering a building – we’re creating projects that change people’s lives.” “Our belief is that great architecture doesn’t shout – it resonates. What matters most to us is creating spaces that have a quiet, lasting power. We’re not interested in novelty for its own sake. Instead, we focus on clarity, material richness, and the subtle interplay between a building and its surroundings, creating holistic outcomes that engage the full scope of architecture and interior design.” The firm begins each new project by first getting to know its clientele, learning not only what they want from the project, but also how they live, what matters to them, and how they want to feel in the space. From there, Hoedemaker Pfeiffer studies the site and its context to understand what the land itself is asking for. This approach is fuelled by the belief that design is a balancing act of aesthetics, function, craftsmanship, and emotion. As a result, the firm pays close attention to flow, light, material, and detail – understanding that it is often the smallest moments in a home that have the most lasting impact. This approach was taken in Hoedemaker Pfeiffer’s most recent project, which involved renovating a pair of houses on a 25-acre island property in the Pacific Northwest. The main challenge for the firm was time: the clients aimed to bring both homes up to date in just under eight months. Totalling nearly 9,000 ft², this required streamlining decisions and working in lockstep with contractors and tradespeople from the outset. “We are especially proud of how both homes now feel distinct yet deeply connected to the landscape and to one another,” Steve told us of the project. “The farmhouse retained its rustic simplicity, while the main house was reimagined to feel brighter and more open, with interiors that echo the tones and textures of the surrounding forest and shoreline.” The successful completion of this project sets the tone for Hoedemaker Pfeiffer’s future plans, which will focus on more projects that reflect and respond to its distinct vision. Recent developments have pushed the industry to become more sophisticated and collaborative, a challenge from which the leading firm has not shied away. With such developments in mind, we asked Steve what the future holds for Hoedemaker Pfeiffer, named Best Architectural Design Studio 2025 – Pacific Northwest USA. “Looking ahead, we’re focused on deepening our relationships with clients who share our values – projects that allow us to engage fully in both the architecture and the interiors,” he announced. “If 2024 taught us anything, it’s that trust and clarity are essential – especially when timelines compress, and expectations rise. In 2025, we’re leaning into what we do best: creating enduring, soulful homes that reflect the people who live in them and the places they belong to.” Contact: Steve Hoedemaker Company: Hoedemaker Pfeiffer Web Address: www.hoedemakerpfeiffer.com

Going into this work in more detail, Liam told us: “The design of the staircase was very unique as it was extremely modern with a curved structure and all manufactured in American white oak.” As for the specifics, Liam explained: “I was particularly proud of the timeframe we managed to get this project finished by as we were only given four weeks until completion, but our team worked tirelessly round the clock to ensure that it would be ready in time.” The same comprehensive approach is afforded to every client and every project, so, whether it is a commercial or a residential property, owners can expect a swift, detail-oriented service carried out to the highest standards by a team of friendly and reliable experts. Despite executing a high number of successful projects, Liam Gray Stairmakers still finds the time to build a personal connection with its clients, something that starts from the very first visit to a site. The team also offer their advice on materials and finishes in these initial stages, helping a client to bring their vision to life. However, Liam Gray Stairmakers’ commitment to quality goes beyond simply being friendly with the clients. It can be seen further through the team’s close connections with the architects or engineers who draw on the site and ensure that all of the work carried out is up to scratch when it comes to the relevant building regulations. Were it not for these strong ties, navigating what is an ever-evolving field of rules and requirements would be a difficult task. Leading with an ethos of always being friendly, listening to what a client wants, and clearly communicating if a vision cannot be achieved and the ways to work around it well ahead of time, Liam Gray Stairmakers impresses not only its clients, but also international awarding bodies like us. 12 | LUXlife Magazine Most Innovative Joinery Business 2025 – Belgium Offering unique and custom-made pieces, Made by Tune is an innovative joinery that distinguishes itself through the provision of creative solutions. Breaking from tradition, the Belgium-based company has become renowned throughout the industry for continually looking ahead and combining function and form to create truly unique pieces. We spoke to Founder and Creative Self-Executing Manager Michael T’Sjoen below, as Made by Tune is named in the Home and Garden Awards 2025. Founded in 2012, Made by Tune is the brainchild of Michael T’Sjoen also known as Tune and was joined later on (2019) by Magalie Durieux. Together, the husband-and-wifeduo leverage their individual strengths to create real results for their clientele, turning their combined passion into realised projects. With Tune’s extensive training in carpentry and his education in mechanical techniques and industrial woodworking, alongside Magalie’s expertise as an interior architect and scenographer, each project undertaken is a true labour of love that not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Made by Tune offers clients a wide range of services, from joinery and welding constructions to laser and engraving work, from stage and scenic to technical assistance on an array of productions. Refusing to ever shy away from a challenge, the business is perhaps best known for its prowess in undertaking customised woodworking projects, producing pieces of such innovation and quality that have a high standard in ergonomics and durability. While Made by Tune is renowned for its thoughtfulness in every aspect of its services, it is this offering that enables the business to remain dynamic and adaptive in a competitive market. “We strive to help our customers as best we can and therefore have the motto ‘if it is technically possible, we will do it’,” Tune told us. “Our customers often come to us with something special they cannot find in a store. That’s what we are known for, and what we also love to unleash our creativity on. Our range can go from a small, unique ring box to complete makeovers of domestic and outdoor spaces to welding work and décor for theatres, musicals, and events.” When undertaking a new project, the pair will first conduct a brainstorming session with the client to gain a deeper understanding of their vision. This is followed by a quote proposal, then conceptual elaboration and a detailed discussion before the production and placement is completed. This approach, alongside Tune and Magalie’s passion, ensures consistent and client-centric services across every project undertaken. Its most recent project was the production of a large shell and accompanying rock formation for a Belgian girl group commissioned by Studio 100. As the structure was to be used for performances, it required remote operation at certain times to open and close the shell. This project posed certain challenges for the pair and its team, who opted to turn obstacles into opportunities and demonstrate exactly why Made by Tune is one of a kind as a manufacturing company. “One of the challenges was finding the right air pressure and pumps, and authenticity in form for the right dimensions of shaping the shell and rocks,” Tune recalled. “We started from a technical drawing and the necessary milling work for the frame. We placed Isomo blocks against it, and then I could go wild with a chainsaw and sander. We hid the technology at the bottom of the shell and there was also a system inside that could drive it to anywhere on stage with a remote control. This was produced in just under two-and-a-half weeks.” Ultimately, Tune and Magalie thrive off of variety and enjoy the customisable aspect of their work. Looking ahead, Made by Tune will continue to complete countless custom projects that exceed client expectations and demonstrate exactly why the business has been named Most Innovative Joinery Business 2025 – Belgium. Best Eco-Friendly Luxury Lighting Company 2025 – USA which we believe strike a perfect balance between being unique and undisputedly exceptional. Remarkably, these collections are just the beginning, and a recent collaboration with the Smithsonian has allowed Ron and the team to push design boundaries even further, drawing inspiration from the more than 155 million artifacts the Smithsonian boasts to help any home reach new heights. Given that Ron is a former pilot and was previously an engineer for Boeing, this partnership is particularly special for him and represents a dream coming true. Just like the Smithsonian, Varaluz’s mission is to offer a collection of products ranging from ancient design to modern-day innovations, and this is something that the products in this collaboration embody perfectly. Across more than 130 products spanning everything from pendant kitchen lights to mirrors, wall art, and tables, practicality meets playfulness and enriching designs tell tales of humanity’s triumphs. Outside of this collab, Varaluz is also immensely proud to be able to bring the visions of its clients to life through a full-service custom division – whereby the team here roll up their sleeves and do everything within their power to turn dreams into tangible realities. Blending this technological innovation with the classic days of interior design, the company also offers seasonal online catalogues of its curated lighting, mirror, and décor collections – cutting down on the unnecessary use of paper. Having featured in a variety of publications over the years and received outstanding feedback from the industry and its clients alike, it is our privilege to recognise Varaluz as a winner in our Home and Garden Awards 2025. We urge our readers to follow the link below and immerse themselves in the design mastery afforded by this company at every turn. Contact: Ronald Henderson Company: Varaluz Web Address: https://varaluz.com/ eticulously blending beauty and sustainability, Varaluz pointblank refuses to believe that there is any good reason to sacrifice aesthetic value when striving for ethical responsibility. In a world where eco-friendly designs almost always look too “eco”, this company sets itself apart by creating designs so premium that they wipe the slate clean and rewrite everything a person thought they knew about what can be achieved using planet-friendly methods. To truly underpin that Varaluz is serious about its mission, impressive statistics such as it using almost 67 tonnes of recycled steel and 20 tonnes of recycled glass across its fixtures in one year alone bolster these claims. Its commitment to the cause be seen further through it using almost half the amount of packaging as other manufacturers in this space, all the while guaranteeing that its fixtures will arrive safely and securely. Aside from pushing the boundaries when it comes to sustainable methods, Varaluz is equally committed to setting a new standard in design excellence. Far surpassing traditional designs, the company has garnered a reputation for itself as being “lightly twisted”, with Founder Ron Henderson describing this as the “most succinct way I know of dealing with our design ethos.” In essence, this demonstrates a unique ability to mix elements that in theory should not work and create something truly magnificent out of them. When it comes to lighting solutions specifically, Varaluz’s eccentric designs span everything from wall sconces and vanity lights to hanging chandeliers, pendants, flush-mounts, and even floor and table lamps. With more than 500 comprising its range, it would be impossible to give all of the items the credit they deserve. However, some of our favourites include the Mad Hatter, Matrix, and Secret Agent collections, M
