We speak to Adrian Asanache about the firm and the rationale behind its inception. With more than 10 years’ experience, drive, and passion, Easy Hands is an expert in connecting people to great opportunities. “We believe very much in our integrity, in our attitude to get the job done right in the first instance, and we believe that everyone makes a difference,” explains Adrian Asanache, the firm’s Co-Founder. “We take a passion and pride in the standards we deliver and achieve these results in the team.” Adrian set up Easy Hands together with his partner, Eleonora Marita, in 2018. Having both got business backgrounds in their country, the couple came to England in 2010. Due to the language barriers they encountered, the pair started off doing low-skilled jobs, such as housekeeping and driving. “Eleonora was working in the hotel housekeeping sector in London and, with my experience in marketing and business administration, we had already been helping our friends with recruitment for many years in this sector,” explains Adrian. “80% of low-skilled jobs in hospitality are taken up by Eastern Europeans and, because we know their mentality, their habits and their culture, it was easy for us to attract the right people to the right jobs.” The dynamic duo created Easy Hands and once it was set up, they began to approach the luxury hotels in London, these being 4 and 5 stars, which is their target market. The firm’s turnover for the first year was £680,000 and the next year it was £1.4 million – a roaring success! “We had customers like Rosewood London, The Langham, Four Seasons, Bulgari and Millennium Group and in 2019 we registered Easy Hands as a Trademark. The main reason we did this was to assure our customers and employees that we are here for long term.” Today, the company prides itself on its low turnaround with almost all members of staff staying throughout and bringing great consistency to the services provided. The results of Easy Hands’ extensive training, therefore, has a huge impact as each member of staff fully understands the clients’ needs and knows their brand standard.
