Finally, I look for people who want to have fun while being at work and value both loving and caring for those around them.” A great sense of humour is another plus, given House of Js Coffee has established itself as somewhat of a jokester – both across the antics taking place behind the counter and on its social media. Despite the jokes and the fun had by the staff and customers alike, House of Js Coffee is serious about what it does, and prides itself on offering a clean, aesthetic environment that makes a great first impression and paves the way for its community. This is something that would have to be replicated should it open up a second location, and since Chelsea and co. have yet to find the perfect fit, they remain anchored to just the one.
