The most significant Elm Cottage, Tumut, is the brainchild of Deborah and David Sheldon. Developed from an overstocked, drought ravaged 62-acre parcel of land in 2003, the establishment has since morphed a thriving, much sort- after rural retreat for both the domestic and international visitors.
