Their award-winning team specialises in custom homes and is a recognised leader in residential design. In this special interview, the firm’s Ron Robinette shares the firm’s thoughts on being selected as the exclusive LUX Leading Designers 2017 winner and what this means to them. Ron also reveals the key to the firm’s success, including their attributes. “On winning the exclusive LUX Leading Designers 2017 winner, our first concern is always how can we best serve our clients. Recognition of our consistent conscientious work is always satisfying for us. As a firm, our goal to be excellent is a never-ending one.” “Our pursuit to constantly expand our expertise in every aspect of the design and construction process, while honestly working in our client’s best interest. They do not manage staff in the traditional sense. Ron also offers the firm’s views on the wider industry today, and the challenges they have faced in this vein. “We do not manage staff. Staff and owner all work as a team to serve our clients, search for professional growth and design unique homes that we are all proud of.” “In terms of the wider industry, I would say that it is picking up speed again, as an increasing number of people are excited to have us design and build their dream home. The challenges we’ve faced are what every firm faces - the ups and downs of the real estate market and economy. Our specialisation has helped us to be efficient and garner work, even during the economic downturn.” Our attention is then drawn to how the firm ensures that their products are innovative and will become best sellers in the market, as well as the fundamental quality when it comes to the achievement of creative success in the industry. “We hope that our designs respond to the environment and our client goals. If we do that successfully, our work will stand the test of time.” “Creative success is based upon understanding the issues and problems our clients expect us to solve.
