Over the resort’s sixty sea-view villas, comprising of spacious chalets, Royal Villas, and executive suites that embrace a wide variety of in-room services, reinforcing the resort’s status as Qatar’s premier leisure destination for tourists and local vacationers alike.” From the outset, it is clear that Sealine Beach aims for nothing short of perfection in every facet of the client experience, with a keen focus on going above and beyond the expectations of their discerning guests. This is an establishment that treats hospitality as if it was art – a thing to be polished, nurtured and honed. “We have implemented procedures to help in our pursuit of excellence. We have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), a set of written instructions for each department respectively, maintaining quality and consistency of service and standards in our resort. We also have a policy of ‘listening’. Our client are also our critics, so from upper management to the service and maintenance teams, we value all comments. Ultimately, Sealine has been built on a dedication to continuous innovation, development and training alongside unwavering employer commitment, from the top of the hierarchy to the very bottom.” On the subject of Sealine’s team, Nawaf moves to discuss the resort’s culture and ethos: “We are immensely grateful for the experienced and dedicated team we have, and the ownership that they take in their jobs here. We aim to show the world that Qatar is not just ready to host the next world cup in 2022; we want to prove to the world that we are going to exceed their expectations.” Of course, it would be remiss to suggest that it has been all plain sailing for Sealine Beach. Yet, as Nawaf is eager to discuss, they embrace each challenge in the knowledge that they have the experience and expertise to overcome them and adapt. “Challenges always exist within any successful industry.
