53 Her Food Universe continues to grow, as Mia continues develop new recipes on a weekly basis, whilst running various businesses. In addition to this, Mia has also developed recipes on demand to other food companies and to food suppliers. Next up is food creation for students with limited time on their hands and furthermore with a limited budget. One of Mia’s core beliefs is that anyone can do magic in the kitchen, even if you have limited time. As such, she wants to inspire others to reduce ‘take-aways’ and increase the frequency of fresh and tasteful homemade food. Food that is served with love, care and with respect. “I love being in the kitchen. Sometimes alone or with my husband, and other times with my children. It is my mission to teach and inspire my children to be able to make their own delicious food – just like my mother did for me. And at the same time, inspire the world. I believe that it is life prolonging if you prepare and eat healthy and simple food on a regular basis. Perhaps even more important than fitness and training”. Karrieremad offers a variety of all kinds of food and drinks. Salty and sweet, hot and cold, virgin and alcoholics drinks, meat and vegetarian (even vegan). All of which features inspiration from all over the world. You name it – Mia makes it. Sticking to her mantra of “Remember that less is more! Sometimes you only need a few ingredients to make the perfect meal. Sometimes you only need minutes to complete a tasteful dish.” Mia has inspired many to start cooking healthy and delicious meals. Something which she hopes to continue in the years to come. Ultimately, food is Mia’s passion and she encourages all those reading to create their own food magic. Most of all, one important lesson Mia hopes we all remember is that “food is fun”. The Foodblog was designed for those who want to live a good and healthy life, which is filled with good taste and pure ingredients. Overall, it is food made easy! Although Mia is not educated in the food business nor is she a trained chef, she does has a natural talent and with a close personal coach, later explaining “I have been cooking all my life – even before I could walk. My mother always had me with her in the kitchen telling my great kitchen stories and how our meals where made from scratch. She gave me an extraordinary gift – being able to cook my own food in the best way possible” Throughout her career, Mia has been a busy businesswoman all her adult life working as a Management Consultant. Today, she is the founder; Partner and CEO of several companies, and at the same time a wife and a mother trying to balance her life between business and pleasure. Her goal was to create a food universe for the busy business segment.
