Following a rapid rise and excellent service, the salon became one of West London’s favourite boutique salons, attracting diverse clientele, whilst also boasting many celebrities. Along with celebrities, the salon also maintains a long list of regular and returning clients, along with copious amounts of other high profile names. This is partly down to the unique approach that the salon offers, venturing away from the boutique salon doors of West London, as they cover a wide variety of photo shoots, films, plus the occasional concert. All of these factors contribute to Joanne’s aim of providing a calm and welcoming salon experience, enjoyed by the salons thriving clientele. Staff are thoroughly trained and taught that the most important aspect of the business is customer service.
