This German-Polish illustrator and author originally studied architecture and design across Spain, Japan and the USA. Having spent her early career designing kindergartens and schools with a specific focus on stimulating learning environments, it was motherhood which inspired her vision for BABY EYE. The turning point in her career came with the birth of her two children. Observing her often restless daughter calm down while watching highcontrast shadows, she realized babies see differently and began creating contrast books for them. It is therefore extremely important to provide the baby with an environment in which they can develop their eyesight well.” It's with this in mind that BABY EYE books provide a visual anchor and stimulus for babies, which will keep their focus, retain it, and have a calming effect. Books are categorised by age range, suitable for ages from one month and over, providing both high-contrast illustrations and educational content Baby Eye Development Design Company of the Year 2024 – Germany As a baby develops, one of the last senses to mature is their sight.
