Sarah explores how far the firm has come over the years and how she has worked alongside her clients to ensure they receive the support they need at this special time in their lives. “Since inception, Fit2Drop has evolved, and today we train through community classes, online and 1:1 training, as well as offering specialised Pilates classes too. I work mainly with women during this special time in their life, and beyond. We also now run luxury Retreats in Ibiza twice a year. These are what I like to call a real 'mum-cation', to help them reconnect on a deeper level with others and take time out for themselves to be the very best version of themselves in their roles at home. “To ensure that we always offer our clients the best service possible, we are constantly striving to deliver and give the best possible service through our own ongoing training, research and commitment to the area we specialise in. We set the business up to serve women, and continue to invest time and money to support this through the targeted training we go on, those we train and the feedback that we receive.” Originally a novel concept, Sarah has noticed that the idea of pre and post-natal classes and exercises has become increasingly important, which has led to a surge in popularity her classes, as she explains. “Over the years I have noticed that more and more women are realising the importance of Established by personal trainer and mother Sarah Dineen in 2012, Fit2Drop was designed to fill a crucial gap in the market. She begins by highlighting the reasons she set up this innovative company and the changes she hoped to bring to the parent and baby market. “Initially, Fit2Drop was set up as a business to serve women deeper and with integrity. We started out with one vision of helping pregnant and new mums feel strong and healthy during this time, and continue to grow, develop and invest in our education to deliver a better service year on year. With the addition and accessibility of the online world, we are now hoping that our Postnatal 360 programme which we have written with sleep experts, Midwives and myself that we are able to reach even more people and give them the support they require and need.” Originally created to offer pre and postnatal care for pregnant women and new mothers, Fit2Drop has since involved into a specialist firm which supports clients thanks to a range of classes, personal training services and retreats. We invited Founder Sarah Dineen to provide us with a fascinating insight into her unique company and the services it offers to its valued clientele.
