Now, Marsden Park Anglican College serves 800 students from Prep to Year 8 in 2025, progressing through to Year 12 by 2029 and eventually reaching over 1,800 students. Marsden Park Anglican College is deeply committed to the professional and personal development of every member in its faculty. Central to this commitment is the organisation’s strengths-based culture, which encourages individuals to discover, understand, and lead from their unique strengths – both within and beyond the classroom. The college provides individual strengths coaching, team workshops, and tailored mentoring to support staff throughout their careers. “Our training programmes are designed to enhance professional practice while nurturing personal growth, recognising that who you are is just as important as what you do,” Darren told us. “Through leadership pathways, collaborative learning opportunities, and a culture of reflective practice, we ensure that all staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. With more than 200 students onboarded in 2025 and over 200 joining again in 2026, the college is anticipated to hold more than 1,400 students by the time it reaches its first Year 12 cohort in 2029. To enable this accelerated growth, Marsden Park Anglican College will be investing heavily into state-of-the-art facilities; 2026 will see the launch of its new Senior School, 2027 will mark Stage 1 of the Innovation Hub opening, with Stage 2 to follow closely in 2028.
