Wherever possible, we restore features back to their former glory, like the stunning tiles in the old Sainsbury’s grocery dating back to the early 20th century, which is now a central feature in our Cheam restaurant. In Taunton, we made sure that the landmark Market House (built in 1772) kept many of its original features, creating a truly unique dining environment. When designing our Cobham restaurant, we kept the cosy pub features of The Old Bear, with its open fires in winter and outdoor seating for the summer months. This gorgeous venue with large beer garden is the perfect place to enjoy restaurant dining all year round.” Specifically, in Edinburgh Wildwood offers guests a truly exceptional experience. The eatery’s chefs have assembled the perfect combination of classics and modern signatures, providing the most tempting array of choices. Virginija highlights how the establishment has crafted a menu of delicious dishes and drinks to delight every diner no matter their preference. “The Edinburgh Wildwood offers an exceptional experience to every guest in a glorious setting. Our well-crafted menu offers a wide grill selection and provides something for everyone, including classic pizza and pasta dishes, as well as tasty salads and comforting risottos. Little ones are always welcome in our restaurants, so we have created a tasty kid’s menu just for them. Additionally, our carefully chosen wine list ensures that guests will find the perfect match for their food, and for those in an indulgent mood there is also a comprehensive menu of decedent cocktails to choose from. At Wildwood, our aim is simple: for our friendly staff to serve great food, in a place where people feel at home.” Ultimately, the future is bright for Wildwood, as the chain looks to grow even further and open more venues in Scotland so that it can provide even more guests across the region with the unique atmosphere and creative dishes that its other establishments pride themselves on, as Virginija concludes. “Currently, Wildwood operates a number of restaurants throughout England and Wales, but the Edinburgh branch is the chain’s first restaurant north of the border. Moving forward we will be seeking to expand in this region, building upon the success we have achieved in Edinburgh, and we are looking forward to sharing our creative concept with even more guests over the years to come.” Company: Wildwood Contact: Virginija Address: 105-109 Lothian Road, Edinburgh, EH3 9AN, UK Phone: 0131 322 8811 Website: https://wildwoodrestaurants.co.uk/
