In the beginning the focus was mainly on pancakes, both savoury and sweet, and today the establishment boast around 120 different types of pancakes. Today, the establishment also offers toasted sandwiches with a variety of fillings, as well as traditional Brussels waffles and ice cream in a variety of unique flavours. There are also several gourmet burgers on the menu, and recently the establishment has moved into offering more meat based dishes, including ribs and a mixed grill.
