Built over 57 years ago, today the establishment is synonymous with the ring of Kerry. Waterville, where the pub is based, is the only village on the ring with direct access to the beach, making it the perfect place to stop for lunch or spend the evening. Being so close to the beach allows the establishment to offer the freshest seafood possible to its valued clients, and the Management works closely with the Kitchen Team to ensure quality at all times. When guests first walk into the Lobster they are greeted by an open fire and two antique brown chesterfield couches. Musicians play live shows at the Lobster in the summer to offer a unique slice of Irish culture alongside exquisite dishes. Overall, having been taken over by the current Management team two years ago, the Lobster is still growing and building up a strong following in Kerry and the surrounding areas.
