The eatery was taken over by Manvir and his team two years ago, and they have created an innovative space that locals and visitors alike enjoy, as he highlights. “When we took over this pub in May 2017 it was on a steep decline. All of the regulars were appalled at how a once busy pub had been allowed to go so far downhill. However, since we took over we stood firm and managed to get rid of all the bad characters who were plaguing this premises. “After six months of hard work we refurbished the premises and began serving fresh Indian food and now we can proudly say it is a lovely family pub/restaurant. At the time, not many people believed that we would be able to turn this place around. Since then, they have embraced the changes and now are confident that they can come in and have a nice meal and drinks in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with their friends and family.” Quality has been central to the success of the Copper Fox and has driven it to be the popular eatery it is today, as Manvir is keen to showcase. “Fundamentally, we believe that in order to run a successful establishment the offering must be one of quality. This is why we put emphasis on maintaining that quality which has led to so many compliments about the standard of our food and drink.
