The new sports bar has just been created as part of the second phase of construction for The Campus and is aimed to cater to the local residential market of Quinta do Lago resort. From the moment they arrive, guests receive the very highest standard of hospitality. The ‘welcome’ is considered to be one of the most important aspects of the ‘meet and greet’. These guest relations are carried out by Dano’s onsite team of hosts/hostesses to ensure an exceptional experience for guests. Set in a barn-inspired, light-filled space with a chic-rustic atmosphere, Dano’s provides a welcoming ambience with a diverse family- friendly, all-day dining menu. The menu has something for everyone, serving a fantastic array of nutritious dishes that have been created using the finest local, seasonal Portuguese produce to ensure freshness and quality on every plate. Highlights from the menu include a succulent whole spatchcock chicken, grilled free-range buffalo chicken wings, tasty pulled pork burger and ‘New York style’ cheesecake for dessert. An elegant sporting theme is referenced throughout the space, with vintage paraphernalia and most notably, a graceful back-flipping bronze sculpture suspended from the ceiling to dramatic effect. The sports theme continues through the bar’s choice of name, Dano’s, inspired by two notable Irish athletes – a well-known diver and a Gaelic football player.
