Most people who have come to me have been to a massage therapist for their conditions in the past, only to find that the experience was completely different to what I have to offer, as I provide them with tailored service and work to understand their needs, rather than just assuming I know what they need better than they do. This approach has helped drive me to success and I am incredibly proud of how far I have come over the years.” Looking to the future, Joy is keen to continue to offer her clients at Ideal Wellness Massage the best possible level of service and treatments that will help lead them back to peak physical health. She concludes by showcasing how she will achieve this through continuing education and innovation. “As part of my ongoing focus on supporting my clients, I am continuously expanding my knowledge by undertaking two to three education courses a year. Providing the highest possible standard of service will remain my ongoing focus over the years ahead. “Additionally, I am also keen to further enhance my business, and as such I am in the process of getting back into the fitness industry through Pilates Teacher Training. My goal is to eventually establish a functional training studio, where I can support my clients by not only offering massage therapy services, but also providing fitness services to help restore balance within the body. As much pain and dysfunction is created through an imbalance in the muscles, this will help my clients and allow me to offer even greater support to them moving forward.” Company: Ideal Wellness Massage Contact: Joy Naber Address: 1080 E Indiantown Rd Ste 204, Jupiter, Florida, 33477, USA Phone: 001 561 345 0956 Website: www.idealwellnessfl.com Based in Jupiter, Florida, Ideal Wellness Massage offers the benefit of Joy’s vast experience in the massage and neuromuscular therapy space to offer a variety of services. Ideal Wellness Massage Best Sports Massage Therapist - Florida “Personally, I have a long history in the sports massage business, having been a licensed massage therapist since 1999. When I qualified, I moved to Charlotte NC until 2016, where I opened up my first office as Natures Therapy, offering therapeutic and sports massages. The business took off, and as such I was able to expand and open up a spa called Nature’s Spa and Wellness from 2007-2011. “Later, I decided to return to working for myself as Ideal Wellness, offering massage services to my clients. I found that managing a bigger business with employees took away from my passion for helping those in need of my therapeutic massage services. I was lucky enough to have worked with many elite athletes such as the Carolina Panthers, some NASCAR teams, elite swimmers, cyclists and Tri-Athletes in and around the Charlotte area. In 2006 I also qualified as an equine massage therapist to extend my service offering. I moved back to my home town of Jupiter in March 2016, and opened my office in Jupiter in June of 2017, still operating as Ideal Wellness Massage, with the aim of supporting local clients and offering them the benefit of this vast experience.” It is this vast industry expertise, combined with her supportive approach to massage therapy, that has helped Joy to build up. “My customers typically select me because of my knowledge and experience and ability to look beyond where the pain is, as many times the pain location is a referral pain coming from another area or coming from a compensation pattern they have developed. In other words, I do not chase the pain. Imbalanced muscles have common trigger points and pain patterns that takes special training to understand what areas to treat and what areas to avoid. It is common for weak or elongated muscles to be painful, but ‘feels good’ when massaged, however, treating those areas tend to worsen the condition. I will treat the hypertonic/tight muscles while soothing those painful areas for optimal relief. “To ensure that I always meet their needs, one of the most important techniques I
