104 The Arch London boasts 82 rooms, all of which have been uniquely decorated since opening 8 years ago in what was originally a row of 7 town houses. After taking around 2 years to renovate into what is now the home from home experience that is The Arch London. As the hotel is member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ and Pride of Britain, guests are guaranteed the very highest standards of service and a truly unforgettable experience. Throughout the hotel stunning examples of contemporary art from emerging artists, which have been handpicked by the owners to convey true luxury and decadence. The original grade II listed stairways have been conserved to create a sense of history. Throughout the establishment, from the room layouts to the amenities on offer, every effort has been made to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience: even the hotel floors are considerately numbered 1, 2, 3, and 5 as the number 4 is considered unlucky in Asian cultures. The rooms range from a beautiful standard double with a perfectly appointed en- suite to the impressive Studio Suite with its own small courtyard and walk-in shower. Spacious interconnecting rooms are also on offer for families or larger groups so that everyone has the chance to experience the Arch London’s hospitality. With no expense spared, the last 15 rooms to be redesigned at the hotel had a budget of £250,000, and the room that we had the pleasure to stay in was one of the Executive Junior Suites. Every aspect of the hotel is taste, down to the blue Ralph Lauren-esque wallpaper. The Arch make sure they accommodate the needs of every individual staying in the hotel, building a profile of each guest to tailor the amenities such as the minibar for their next stay.
