Additionally, we have also worked hard to implement an up-to-date audio visual system, which contains updated tools for seamless check-in/out processes. “Moreover, we are always aiming to exceed guests’ expectations, generally as their focus is to have a memorable holiday. As an establishment, we have to invest in enhancing customer experience, and we have to think outside the box and keep evolving to exceed guest expectations.” Moving towards the future, the team at the Hanging Gardens of Bali are looking at upgrading the property and increasing inventory from 44 to 60 within the next year.
