It has regularly been voted one of the best restaurants in London and is famous for its bourgeois French cooking. Snails, not surprisingly are a speciality of the house; the menu changes seasonally and centres on your French favourites including Lobster bisque, Beef Bourguignon, and Coq au Vin. There is an excellent wine list with many reasonably priced bottles. L’Escargot is one of the top restaurants in Soho and has been host to stars of stage and screen for many years. To launch the week-long pop up Fishers will host a Botanical Master Class on Monday 23rd April with their resident Botanist James Garth. This unique experience will offer guests a rare opportunity to delve deeper into the art of making the perfect gin. Moving beyond the distillation process and discovering the detail and skill involved to create a gin that stands out from all the others. A limited number of tickets will be available to purchase for this exciting week long cocktail shake up.
