Since its inception, Mamilla has completed more than 400 projects for investors seeking buy-to-lets, HMOs and holiday homes. Offering bespoke planning and design services for residential projects, Mamilla is able to enhance properties, increase property value, and create luxurious spaces that end-users will be proud to call home. Alongside Mamilla, is Lev Properties, which has been helping clients across London and Liverpool to find their dream homes for almost a decade. Delivering high standards in services such as advertising, viewing appointments, and consultations, Lev Properties goes above and beyond to alleviate the stresses associated with buying a property. Instead, the firm works in partnership with a network of professionals including mortgage advisors, architects, and contractors to ensure the purchasing experience is an enjoyable one. Over five years ago, Mamilla became an independent business, working closely alongside Lev Properties as in-house architectural service. Orit’s passion for architecture and design was born in Jerusalem, Israel during her years at high school. After completing her studies, she continued to pursue design for two years before joining the engineering department of IDF, where she served as a Lieutenant building project manager for four years. Orit then decided to make the move to London where, in 2004, she joined a well-established property development company as a property manager. During her time here, Orit and her husband went into partnership to build their own property development company. Incorporating a passion for Middle Eastern design with a Mediterranean twist inspired by Orit’s colleague, Italian architect, Mauro Naslisek, Mamilla specialises in stunning architectural spaces finished with glamourous, personal details. Mamilla builds personal relationships between colleagues and clients so that the team can understand and realise the visions of their clients. Consequently, in 2018, Orit accompanied a client to Italy to secure their dream kitchen, building a relationship between client, supplier and architect to deliver the perfect finished product and saving the client thousands of pounds. Mamilla and Lev Properties’ social media pages are testament to the excellence which the architectural design studio has become synonymous with, as Orit and her husband share the progress of many of their projects, including the Levs’ own home, which has been built from the ground up. By welcoming clients into their family through Instagram, the Levs’ have cultivated a community of homeowners and investors who share a passion for property development. Mediterranean Luxury These platforms have maintained the relationships between the company and its clients throughout the pandemic, keeping them up to date with their many projects and activities. Mamilla has seen a dramatic upsurge in workload, particularly in their Liverpool office, as families and individuals have spent more time in their homes and consequently decided to adapt spaces to accommodate the balance of work and family life. Mamilla has been engaged in numerous extension and renovation projects across London and Liverpool, supporting property owners as they adjust to life in a Covid-landscape. The firm itself has had to likewise adjust, as Mauro became stuck in Italy during the pandemic and worked remotely from across the continent. However, Orit set about recruiting fresh talent to support her in the Liverpool office, a move that proved particularly profitable given the influx of projects for the firm. As the firm grows, Orit and her team are able to further explore luxury architecture and Mediterranean style to deliver bespoke spaces with that Mamilla flair to even more clients across London and Liverpool. As we head into 2021, it is clear that the way we live and work has changed irreversibly.
