10 1805LU22 Making People Happy Through Food Mr. Thanh, Truong Quang is the CEO and owner of the restaurant, Maison Vie, based in Vietnam. We invited him to tell us more about his restaurant and what aspects of the venue entice guests from all over the world to visit Maison Vie. Having worked in the Food and Drink industry for over 20 years, Mr. Thanh boasts a wealth of experience in the sector, and he is able to share his knowledge with other members of staff who all work hard to provide an excellent service. A sign of its success, Maison Vie has served thousands of guests, both on a domestic and international basis. Mr. Thanh starts off the discussion by explaining what techniques and methods the venue employs in order to ensure that only the best food and beverages are served. He talks about knowing the local ingredients, and the detailed process which is undertaken to guarantee that the products are correct. “Here at Maison Vie, we use ingredients from well-known manufacturers such as Merry-Valley, MULWARA, St. Helens, USUNE, Stauntons. All of the products come with documents which guarantee the correct nature of the produce.” Competing against many other restaurants throughout the area of Vietnam, it is imperative that the restaurant provides its own unique touch to attract guests.
