We invited Jean Christophe Buillet to tell us more about the venue, as well as the excellent offerings which attract guests and visitors from all over the world. Located on a hillside, A Sunset Chateau provides guests with incredible views of the Red Rocks that Sedona is world-renowned for. Comprised of nine buildings on-site, all built around a central garden in which every suite has a private entrance and private bathroom, guests can bask in personal luxury when visiting the venue. Due to the enticing nature of the venue, clients are a broad cross-section of people from all walks of life from all around the world. Operating as a smaller, family-managed property, the venue’s primary focus at the Chateau is to make people feel welcomed and provide an excellent service. Jean starts off the discussion by telling us how he ensures that guests and visitors enjoy a memorable stay and that their first impression is a memorable one. He notes that all employees work together to deliver exquisite customer service to clients.
