Summer 2018
LUXLIFE MAGAZINE | 79 Summer 2018 primary objectives of the two Pascales. “At the end of the day, we measure our success by reviewing the entire process, examining how well we liaised with stakeholders and managed budgets and delivery schedules” says Pascale Crangle, “These are all essential parts of our integrated service and are crucial to the delivery of the end product.” We asked the pair to tell us about some of their more memorable projects to date. “That’s difficult to say,” replies Pascale Crangle. “Our projects are all so different, and each memorable in its own way. But if I have to choose, I would highlight the work we did on a house in l’ Ile de Re (France). It is special to me because the finished home reminds me of the vacation house of my childhood. It captures that family holiday feeling. ” The project also caught the eye of the industry and ended up appearing in several high-end design magazines. Pascale Sola counts a project in Kensington (London) where the pair transformed a traditional flat into an extraordinary loft style penthouse, among her favourites, because of the opportunity to combine finishing from all over the world. The team imported tiles from Israel, fabric from Ukraine and an oversized steel mirror from Scotland. They also purchased original Eames chairs from Holland and specialised wallpaper from Italy “We invested a lot of time researching and thinking through every aspect of this project, because it’s the details – the fixtures, the finishing, the materials, the textures – that bring a vision to life, and this project really reflects that,” says Pascale Sola. Pascale Sola and Pascale Crangle have some exciting times ahead, with several engagements lined up including a 600m Art Deco house in Brussels that they will fully refurbish, and a Grade II listed, early Victorian flat, in London, that will be modernised whilst retaining the majority of the surviving historic features. “Every client comes to us with their own style and taste, and every project, with its unique set of challenges,” says Pascale Sola. “That’s what gets us out of bed in the morning and we wouldn’t have it any other way.” Company: P&P Interiors Ltd Contact: Pascale Sola, Pascale Crangle Address: 28 Niton St, London, SW6 6NJ, UK Phone: 077 7959 3528 Website: www.ppinteriors.com
