Every day, the team ask customers what they can improve on and what they feel can be done better. New employees are able to motivate the experienced and established members of staff, and vice versa, as everybody works as a team to make sure that the values of the restaurant are upheld. This may not be seen as traditional, particularly in the restaurant industry, but Dimitri and his team have overseen a wealth of success whilst using this recruitment procedure. Staff talk glowingly about working at the restaurant, and as such it is incredibly exciting that employees want to work for the venue. In regard to how technology is used, both in the preparation and serving of the food and drink industry, the talented chefs and waiters use technology to produce high-quality food which is not seen elsewhere in the area. Dimitri and his team are incredibly thankful for the new technology that has arisen in the sector, as without it, fantastic quality and slow and fast cooking service is not possible. Ultimately, regarding what the future holds for Gloria, Dimitri would prefer for the restaurant to continue its own unique style in its own format, stay stable and preserve a focus on fantastic service and menu quality. Integral to the venue becoming the leading restaurant in the surrounding area, the team at Gloria must continue to maintain only the highest of hospitality standards, which the team know will be a challenge, but it is something they are fully prepared for.
