Today, they are business partners who together share the same business and family and value the foundation of their company and continued success. With a common bond of understanding, excepting of all others joined forces in 1985. With businesses of their own, Michaels Hair Loft and Marble House Coiffeurs joined team members and businesses’ opening Nicholas Michaels Spa the first Day Spa in the Metro West. Since then, Nicholas and Michael have been recognized as leaders in their industry. The world of fashion is forever changing trained with some of the greatest, London, Vidal Sassoon, New York Bumble & Bumble, Paris Jacque Dessange, and more. Today, we host in-house training events with world-class educators for all departments who keep us always on the cutting edge. With their strong family values, they learned early the art of giving back, for these two men it comes easy, from the very first fashion luncheon held on the grounds of the property benefiting the friends of the retarded to many that followed. Community Servings, Aids walk Boston, Worcester sector. Time well spent in Haruma Africa as a volunteer at the HIV project that lead them to open a small business for eight mothers of the children of the orphanage allowing them to be independent and put food on the table. Today, in its eighth’s year, Nicholas & Michael along with their spa family open their doors and hearts, provide special services, activities, and donate all proceeds of the day to Boston Children’s Hospital HAIRraising for Boston Children’s Hospital. HAIRraising was founded in 2009 by the beauty industry and celebrity artist, longtime business partners, Gail Federici and John Frieda. HAIRraising is a charitable initiative that brings the salon industry together to help seriously sick children. To provide clients with a truly exceptional experience, the spa shares a philosophy inspired by nature and ancient methodologies that will balance the mind and restore a state of well-being. Each element of the spa is designed to stay with its guests long after they leave.
