This summer, Pine Cliffs a Luxury Collection Resort in the Algarve, will be offering guests the opportunity to experience some exciting NEW dining options as it unveils for the first time two pop-up restaurants showcasing a fusion of Portuguese-Indian cuisine and an innovative twist to Italian dishes.
The pop-up restaurants have taken the tradition of Algarve gastronomy and mixed it with international flavours to allow guests to savour something new and exciting including a variety of culinary showstoppers made with fresh, local produce.
Introducing an innovative Portuguese-Indian infused menu is ‘Rohini’ by Little Miss India. In homage to the Hindi word meaning ‘star’, Rohini shines with authenticity and hospitality in the heart of Pine Cliffs Resort. Guests can expect a creative menu that pushes the boundaries of Indian cuisine, promising a sensory journey featuring imaginative interpretations of Indian classics. On the menu are delights such as Goan Fish Curry, Ajawani Mahi Tikka (boneless fish marinated in yogurt and spices), Dhaba Murgh (Dhaba style chicken curry with a thick onion-tomato masala sauce), delicious vegetarian options such as Hara Bhara Kebab (pan fried spinach and green pea patty, stuffed with cheese, coriander and spices); all of which can be paired with a carefully selected range of beverages and signature cocktails such as a Mumbai Moscow Mule.
Discover the essence of Italian gastronomy at Portofino by MIMO, a pop-up Trattoria offering an authentic and unforgettable experience. Located in the charming Praceta dos Limoeiros, this is the ideal destination for those seeking a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. With a setting that evokes the picturesque streets and squares of the region, Portofino by MIMO captivates the senses with live cooking, a wood-fired oven, cozy lighting, and an engaging musical selection. Their menu celebrates the traditional flavours of Italy, with a special focus on pizzas, ensuring to please all palates.
The Pop-Up restaurants will be open from June to the end of October from 6.00pm – 10.30pm.
