We are a group passionate about cooking and creating value by bringing together the elements around us. Abierto de Pizza was founded in 2023 to strengthen local value chains and reconnect people with the origins of their food. We see pizza as more than a recipe: it is an expression of food sovereignty, community, and respect for the land. Through our workshops, cooking becomes a conscious, shared act that fosters social and economic empowerment.
