Area is an independent coworking and events space set in a converted industrial warehouse in Madrid’s Delicias neighbourhood. Across 400m², we offer fixed and floating desks, meeting rooms, and a 100m² events hall for up to 100 guests — all with an industrial-meets-urban-jungle aesthetic, exposed concrete, and abundant greenery.
